Enhanced global steel trade monitor
Global and Top Exporting and Importing Country reports out now.
Interactive steel trade monitor coming early 2017.
Enforcement and Compliance's Global Steel Trade Monitor provides global import and export trends for the top countries trading in steel mill products.
The Monitor will have a series of data tables and graphs (coming in early 2017) that will offer insight into the global flow of steel and provide stakeholders with valuable information on this critical industry.
To supplement ITA's core trade statistics in the Steel Import Monitoring and Analysis (SIMA) system, quarterly country reports for the top 20 steel importing and top 20 steel exporting countries will be published.
Each country report includes export and import trends by country and aggregate product, production and consumption data, and where available, information about trade remedy actions taken on steel products.
The International Trade Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce, manages this global trade site to provide access to ITA information on promoting trade and investment, strengthening the competitiveness of U.S. industry, and ensuring fair trade and compliance with trade laws and agreements.
