Join the 40 trade associations and numerous other non-profit industry groups that have benefited from Market Development Cooperator Program (MDCP) funding. MDCP awards of up to $300,000 each are available for projects undertaken to develop foreign markets so that U.S. companies can increase exports.

Many associations use MDCP funds to help cover the cost of participation in trade shows abroad and other trade events.
MDCP funding is particulary well suited to trade associations, but can be used by any non-profit business group that seeks to help companies in an industry to compete internationally by exporting.

MDCP financial assistance awards can be leveraged in a variety of foreign market development projects to help different U.S. industries. Past activities have included demonstrating manufacturing equipment to foreign buyers and connecting urban planning service providers with foreign clients. MDCP funds may be used to promote exports of all services and of all goods produced in the United States, except agricultural commodities.
